The Popsie Fish Family

We are a three-generation family of set net fishers who fish from the shore near the mouth of the Egegik River in Bristol Bay, Alaska.

The Popsie Fish Company was named after Tony Neal's father who was affectionately called "Popsie" by his kids and grandkids.

To this day, you can find all three generations at fish camp helping to harvest Alaska's finest salmon so that we can ship it to you wherever you are!

So called fresh fish sold in stores has often been held at refrigerated temperatures for many days before being sold. Soft and slimy, it can't compare with our fish as we flash-freeze it, locking in texture, flavor, nutrients, and love.

We Catch Your Fish

We catch your wild fish by hand in Bristol Bay, Alaska. After we catch it, it is processed and flash frozen so that what you receive is "fresher than fresh" when it arrives at your doorstep.

Select portions of Salmon, Halibut, Pacific Cod, or Sablefish (aka Black Cod). Sold in 5lb increments, each box contains 12-14 individually vacuum packed, ready to cook, 5-7 ounce portions. The more you buy, the more you save!

We Ship Overnight

We carefully pack your frozen fish in an environmentally-friendly box, add dry ice, and ship overnight from our fulfillment center in Boise, ID. Orders ship on Tuesdays each week and are delivered the following day to your doorstep. Talk about great service!
